# Refund policy

We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** on your first GTM Kit Premium purchase. If Premium isn’t right for you, request a refund from your account within 14 days of the purchase date and we’ll process it.

## What’s covered

- Your **first** Premium purchase, within **14 days** of the order date.
- Any tier (1-site through 100-site).
- Annual subscriptions.

## What’s not covered

- **Renewals.** When your annual subscription auto-renews, that renewal charge is not refundable. You can cancel the next renewal at any time from your account; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current term.
- **Purchases older than 14 days.** Outside the window, refunds are at our discretion only and require contacting support.

You can avoid surprise renewals: we send a reminder email a few days before each renewal, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account.

## How to request

1. Sign in to your [account](/account/).
2. Open the order you want refunded.
3. Click **Request refund**, confirm, and submit.

We review every request and typically approve within one business day. When approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method and your Premium license is deactivated. You will receive an email confirmation.

If you’re outside the window or your request needs context the form doesn’t capture, [contact support](/support/) and we’ll take a look.

## EU buyers — your statutory rights

EU consumer law gives you a **14-day right of withdrawal** on most purchases. For digital downloads, that right normally ends when you start downloading or activating the product — and most digital sellers ask you to waive it at checkout.

We don’t ask you to waive it. The 14-day guarantee above runs from the **order date** regardless of whether you’ve activated Premium, so EU buyers keep the equivalent of the statutory withdrawal window in practice rather than only on paper. This does not affect any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer protection law.

## Questions

[Contact support](/support/) before requesting if anything is unclear. We’d rather help you make Premium work than process a refund you didn’t actually want.
