# Terms

## Acceptance

By installing or purchasing GTM Kit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

## License

The free version of GTM Kit is licensed under the GPL v3. GTM Kit Premium is licensed per the site count of your subscription and may be installed only on the number of production sites included in your plan.

## Subscriptions and billing

Premium is billed annually and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation can be made at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. The plugin keeps working through the end of the current billing period.

## Refunds

14-day refund window from the original purchase date for first-time customers. After that the subscription is non-refundable but cancellable; the next renewal will not be charged.

## Support

Premium subscribers get email support with same-day weekday turnaround. Free users get community support via the WordPress.org forum. We do not provide phone or live-chat support.

## Warranty and liability

The plugin is provided as-is. We do our best to ship working software but cannot guarantee compatibility with every WordPress configuration. To the extent permitted by Danish law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the prior 12 months.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Copenhagen unless local consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
