Easy Digital Downloads Integration: You can now include customer data from Easy Digital Downloads in the purchase event, making it easier to track and analyze your digital sales.
New Filter for Data Layer Script: The addition of the ‘gtmkit_datalayer_script’ filter allows you to customize the data layer script, offering more flexibility in how your data is handled and presented.
Debugging Aid for Easy Digital Downloads: We’ve introduced the constant ‘GTMKIT_EDD_DEBUG_TRACK_PURCHASE’. This is especially useful for Easy Digital Downloads users, as it enables the tracking of the purchase event on every page refresh for debugging purposes.
Bugfixes:
Customer Data Accuracy: We’ve fixed a bug where the billing state and shipping state were not being included in the customer data on the ‘purchase’ event. This ensures that your data is complete and accurate for every transaction.

Compatibility Assurance: As always, we’re committed to staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions. GTM Kit 1.16 has been thoroughly tested with WordPress up to 6.4 and WooCommerce up to 8.3, ensuring a smooth, reliable experience.
